Monday 21 September 2009

Hi All,

I'm just back from a hair raising training ride. Two near misses on one ride and 95% was on bike paths - go figure! Maybe the drivers all have Mondayitis and they certainly seem to be in a screaming hurry this morning.

Seems a great time to remind everyone to be careful out there on the roads especially during the rush hours.

JUNIOR NEWS:

Many of our young juniors (and parents) were at Lake Alex on Saturday for the Tri Skills session. Kylie, David, Nerida and John put the kids through various activities which were all designed to help when the junior season proper starts again. Thanks to all who assisted.

The kids were very attentive and are looking forward to the next Tri Skills session to be conducted Sunday 4 Oct 09 8am-9.30pm at the Wave Pool.

Junior calendar kicks off again on Sun 18 Oct with a triathlon at Lake Alexander.
