Hi All,



As we are all extremely busy at this time of year, this is a very quick E News to let you know what’s coming up over the next few weeks. We are at Lake Alexander this Friday evening and then our final event for 2011 takes place at Nightcliff Pool on Friday 16 December.

NEXT EVENTS:

6pm (Registration closes 5.45pm)

300m swim, 2km run x 2



Event status: CLUB (must be a member to participate).

Fruit / Ice: Stuart Stacey



Note:

1. Torso must be covered during run. Guys, this means t shirt or singlet. Bare chest = DQ

2. Remember the Aeroguard.
