Congratulations to
all our members who participated in Triathlon NT's NT Sprint Distance
Triathlon C'ships, Kids Triathlon and the NT Junior Championships at the
weekend.
It was a huge weekend of triathlon particularly for the volunteers, many of
whom were on hand helping out on both days.
The NT Sprint also hosted the third of our annual Women's & Sprint
Series events, and on behalf of our members we extend a big thank you to RD
Phill Hatty,
all the volunteers and also to the Vision Money
(Mortgage & Finance Brokers) for their
support & awesome post event breakfast.
This weekend we have the first of our Duathlon events coming up and I know
many of the bike | run specialists are looking forward to not having to
start with a swim for a change.

have two duathlons, the Club Championships & a short option at Lake
Bennett, an enduro at Lake Alex (always popular) as well as NT Standard
Distance events to come.

10. We have members living & working around the world. Tim & Zandra Wolf
are getting their exercise done in the wilds of Sweden and Nikki Roddie
still has snow to contend with as she trains just outside Geneva. Spring is
coming, hang in there!
11. A number of people have asked when our next club tri gear order
will be happening. If you would be likely to order if we set one up
soon, could you register an expression of interest to darwintriclub@gmail.com and
include the tri items you would be interested in. As a guide a tri
top is $66, tri pants $77, trisuit $160 and delivery time 4-6 weeks from
time of order.
