Great to
see we have another huge weekend of home and away triathlon coming up.
Highlight
of course is the Club Championships down at Lake Alexander on Sunday. The
field is growing (entries close midday Friday or earlier if sold out), and with
the lights flashing should be a cracker of a race.
Love seeing
that our newer members are continuing to step up in distance but if you aren’t
up to doing it solo, there is always the team option. Looking for other
members to team up with? Feel free to use our Facebook page to team

Don’t just race and ride off, hang around and help out – even 10 mins of your
time will help get our key volunteers home with their feet up much sooner.

10. Sorry
to hear Col Smith is still hospitalized after his recent bike crash. Col
says surgery is now a possibility to plate his shoulder area and he looks like
being out of action for quite some time. Hang in there Col, must be
mightily frustrating.
