Check out http://www.waterfront.nt.gov.au/ for more info

3. School Sport NT Triathlon entry for all kids 12+ now open online ($15) at www.triathlonnt.com.au . The biggest category is expected to be the novice and teams category. If you have or know of 12+ school age kids, encourage them to enter now. (You could encourage them by sharing your tri skills so nothing is unexpected).

4. Hey girls, looking for a pair of training togs, check out our Darwin Tri Club swimmers featured in the current uniform order.

6. Tri Port Douglas Long Course included a long sand run (and stairs) x4. As if that wasn’t hard enough, the run was also long !

7. Ironman World Championships in Kona take place this weekend. Stu Fitch is our sole DTC representative this year. He’s registered and ready to race (Monday our time). Good luck Stu !

8. Live athlete tracking of Kona at www.ironman.com

YOU KNOW YOU ARE A TRIATHLETE WHEN …

… you are following the “what will Crowie ride at Kona story” closely
… you have already said to your partner that you would like a new bike (Garmin, helmet, cycle shoes, tri suit …) for Christmas
… your body has a “gu o’clock” in built alarm.

Safe Training,

Cheers,
Robyn
