E NEWS 25 AUGUST 16 Thanks to those who answered our call and have already volunteered for a roster position at one of our events (at this stage we need to fill all positions up to our Christmas Splash N Dash). We do still have some vacancies and want to get them filled asap. There is an expectation that all members will volunteer for a key position at least once a season so please check the Events Calendar and let us know your preferred option if you haven't already done so. Now that the Tour de France and Rio Olympics are behind us, time to get off the couch and get active.   Our duathlon on Sunday is perfectly timed!   If you haven't yet done an event at Howard Springs, you will find it a great location.
