6. Are you all teamed up for the weekend? Got your team theme sorted? Previous years have resulted in some very original outfits and/or colour schemes !! Not yet teamed up? Flick an email with your contact number. I'll include in Wednesday's e news and we'll see if we can do a bit of team matching.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE A TRIATHLETE WHEN ...

... your favourite bar contains the word "Power", "Cliff" or "energy" and not "Deck".
... you know what plantar fasciitis is, and how to pronounce it
... you were once an evening person who is now an early morning person

Safe Training,
Cheers,

E News corrections & more news

Hi All,

My halo has slipped again ..... here's a couple of corrections & additions to this morning's E News:

1. Marrara track doesn't close until middle of next month - Lee's Friday track session continues as normal until then.

2. Re swim distance for Long Course - sorry, distance was corrected in some, but not all E News groups. So NT Long Course is still 2km swim, 60km bike, 16km run .... happy training.

3. And I have received more comments on times showing for City 2 Surf ... those listed were taken from NT News this morning. It appears there may also be a number of people missing from the results as well.

4. Daryl's Swim Squad is at Parap Pool, tomorrow Thursday 12 - 1pm.

5. But wait, there's more ... Nightcliff Pool reopens Tuesday 15th morning (not Monday 14th). That's just in time for Daryl's swim squad (6am - 7am) to return to usual location and time.

Safe Training,
Cheers,
Robyn
