Robyn's E News 23 Sept 09

Hi All,

We are expecting a large number of competitors for our triathlon at Lake Alexander on Sunday. Please arrive early to register and also to claim your preferred rack spots.

Speaking of racks, if you are able to arrive early and assist with rack setup we would appreciate your help. Likewise, we encourage you to assist with the various pack up tasks after the race, so that the same people aren't always left to carry that load. As they say, many hands make light work ! Our club has a fantastic volunteer culture and we would like to see that continue.

The distance on Sunday means everyone can have a go, regardless of fitness level. I encourage all those guys out there, who haven't had a hit out for awhile to do so this weekend. We know the girls will be there ready to race !
