Our thanks to Phill and all those who assisted on the day. Post race refreshments got a huge thumbs up and were enjoyed by all !!

Welcome to all our new members, especially those who competed for the first time yesterday. We have an awesome year of events coming up with distances to suit all levels of ability. If you haven't yet joined up or renewed for 2010/2011 jump online now and do so at

This year’s Australian Championships, for example, will be held in the beautiful Barossa Valley on August 15.

The NT Duathlon Championships at Hidden Valley on 19 September 2010 is part of the ADS. Entries open online soon for our event.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE A TRIATHLETE WHEN...

... the guys at the bike shop know more about you than your next-door neighbour
... there is a group of people in your life about whom you are more likely to know how fast they can swim 100 metres than their surnames or occupations
... the magazine secretly tucked under your mattress has pictures of really expensive bicycles in it.

Safe Training,
Cheers,
Robyn
