OTHER NEWS:

1. Abu Dhabi Triathlon is now full. Over 1500 have signed up for the 2nd edition of this event.

2. Watch out for pot holes when you are out riding. With the wet happening, there are more and more of them appearing. Some are big enough to give you a nasty shock if you try to ride through them.

3. More travel hints.... don't leave it until the last minute if you need to source a bike box.

4. Our mountain bike triathlon is rapidly approaching. Good idea to knock off the cobwebs and check if you need a trip to the bike shop for repairs or maintenance.

5. Don't forget to bring your insect repellent to the next couple of events.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE A TRIATHLETE WHEN ...

... a three hour brick workout is a refreshing break from your normal training regimen
... you consider the debate over draft legal racing one of the most important issues of our time
... you only tackle home improvement projects during recovery weeks

Safe Training,
Cheers,
Robyn
