Hi All,

Time to knock the dust of the mtb or the hybrid in preparation for our mountain bike triathlon at the weekend. These events are always popular and make a welcome change from our "normal" formats.

ROSTER CALENDAR UPDATE:

1. We now also urgently require Race Directors for Lake Bennett (24 April) and Olympic Distance (23 May). We hope one of our more experienced members will put up their hand here. We will ensure we have plenty of volunteers to assist. Look forward to hearing from you by Friday.

1. James Geddes is sporting a bit of road pizza. Something about sump oil on a roundabout....

2. Mick Outhred's liver is holding up ... just. Micko was last night indulging in a coldie at Byron Bay. Has an entourage of female backpackers following him into Sydney on Thursday.

3. Media Hound: Keeping up with the Jones' http://www.ntnews.com.au/article/2010/02/09/122311_ntsport.html and a number of our new little tri babies got a re run in NT News babies of 2009 including baby McIntyre, Bevis and Tranter.

4. Tim Lewis is going to get his hair cut if he can raise enough for the Leukaemia foundation. Tim's mum Deb will have the receipt book at the next couple of events. Make sure you bring heaps to donate .. imagine what Tim will do with go faster hair !!! The before and after photos will be interesting.

5. Erica Reeve and Aaron Buncle tie the knot this weekend. Congratulations.
